Excellent way to stay fit in the convenience of your own home

As a keen cyclist, I was very interested to read this book. At times,due to prevailing weather conditions, it is not very practical to go out on my bike. I use the stationary bicycle but without any particular training.In this book, Chris explains why cycling is better than running and also explains what high intensity training is. I like the weekly training schedule that is well covered.One of the benefits of this type of training is weight loss,which appeals to many of us.

Because of the intensity of this training , which I haven't experienced before, the section on diet, supplements and vitamins is essential.

If you are looking to get fit without incurring gym membership costs, this is a good book to read.

Cycling is much better than running!

This is the perfect guide book to have proper Cycling HIIT Training. I've been cycling for almost 2 months and 5 times a week, this is my alternative on an exercise because it was much enjoyable rather going to a gym and exercise. This book got my attention and interest to read it.
I'm glad that i read this book because I found out that cycling is much better rather than running and it has more benefits in our health. Also, its build our muscle faster, improves our metabolism and lose weight faster. Reading this book, you will be more knowledgeable in cycling even you are beginners. The steps and strategies from this book is not just simple cycling, it is a HIIT Cycling training that has a great benefits if you apply all those steps. This book also includes some information about the proper diet,supplements,vitamins for HIIT training and the risk you will encounter in HIIT bike training that is important for a beginner to know.
I highly recommend this book to everyone who are interesting to learn more about HIIT Cycling Training!

it's about stationary bikes

This is not about cycling for those who love it. Doing training as he suggests is great for foul weather, but I think this is an incomplete book and I cannot see the science. He makes statements but there is little discussion about a rounded approach. I have little confidence in the book. It's dramatic and critical of other sports and little or no understanding of the realities of sustaining training. I felt a lack of substance. Yes it's one approach but how does it fit into life. How does it fit for a real cyclist looking at improving. Where in a regime does it fit? What other interval regimes are there. Can it be part of an endurance ride? I cannot appreciate a book with jargonistic statements about its greatness as a method without an evaluation of the evidence and the context. Amongst books on exercise its full of claims but so weak on a comprehensive concept and lack of substance.
