About the Author
Larry Kilham is from the third generation of a family which has produced notable inventors who built successful businesses. The author, a Sloan School of Management graduate from MIT, has three patents and has founded two high-tech companies. In 1986 Larry was the co-recipient of the IR-100 Award cited by Research & Development magazine for developing one of the 100 most significant technical products of the year. His experiences range from complex defense systems analysis to tiny device development. Larry lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico and is keenly interested in AI, ecology, global resources and the science of complexity. The author extends to us a refreshing review of past and present "Mega Minds".Not only is the reader exposed to advanced ideas and research but is shown how to use and excel in the world of Google Data Clouds. A musat read.

Stimulating read

I enjoyed the book from the personal stories and insights that we are charting new territory in the world of the cloud and Artificial Intelligence.
The comments on creative intelligence with reference to Mozart, Einstein and Da Vinci to illustrate a few as comparison of the age of Google and start of this creative Internet and web age along with the mind of someone, such as Steve Jobs who created the entry of a personal computer, is a great composition on which to view this small part of time in the world is thought provoking. The creative intelligence has created the majority of the world's advancement for this planet in this small period of time.
The book is filled with creative minds and their beginnings to great discovery, art and computers to lead us now into an age of computer clouds and AI.

Big title, no content

I read this book and think that it is not very useful. I liked the overview of Einstein and Da Vince's approaches to inventing process and that's it. But you can find better description in other books. As for the rest of the book, there is too much "Google" word and little use of it. "Google Age", "Age of Google"... Then six step approach is given, but it sounds like six steps how to search info using google. Ideas are basic, text is not focused, because of lack useful ideas obviously.
Don't like writing reviews, but decided to write one out of disappointment with this book.
